On 4th March, H.M.E.H. presided over the opening ceremony for the Order's Legal Year, receiving the members of the Magistral Tribunals in audience in the Magistral Palace. The State Attorney, Prof. Avv. Francesco Gazzoni, gave the customary address. The President of the Magistral Court of Appeal, Prof. Cesare Maria Moscherti, replied to H.M.E.H.'s discourse, illustrating the matters dealt with over the year.
