The Sovereign Order of Malta offers its condolences to the American People whilst inviting all its members to pray for the souls of the victims of this tragedy that has hit the United States. His Highness the Grand Master has sent messages of condolences to the America authorities.

The Grand Chancellor wrote a letter to the Presidents of the American Associations, Western Association, Federal Association, American Association, of the Order of Malta:

Dear President and Friends

we are very astonished and indeed worried in learning the terrible news, also for the possible losses of our confrères in this tragedy.
While assuring that we are with you all in the Federal Association in your sorrow, we hope very much to receive soon reassuring information
